Ra Gray Plaza Waterproofing

The design and planning of the new waterproofing system to completely insulate and waterproof the building deck, providing redundant levels of protection from water intrusion. Provide a detailed structural analysis/report of the current strength, viability, and safety of the Plaza/Museum roof, that at minimum contains the following: An assessment of what elements of the building, plaza, and underdeck need to be replaced, reinforced, or repaired, an assessment if the current slope of the underdeck is correct and sufficient, determining if it has the correct slope for water to drain off the Museum roof and an assessment that determines if leaks are coming through the current PVC waterproof system on the underdeck or entering from other points.
