North Hamilton Street - Phase 1

The Project includes the following work: Alternate 1 consists of construction of new City streets, sanitary sewer and water main extensions, and a grinder pump. Alternate 2 consists of the lining of sanitary sewer services along North Hamilton Street. Alternate 3 consists of placement of a pre-cast toilet building, sewer and water services, a grinder pump, and paving in the Lion's park. For assistance and free membership registration. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. Bidder is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within 72 hours of the bid opening to CBS Squared, Inc., ATTN: Tyler Hastings, 770 Technology Way, Suite 1A, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of St. Croix Falls reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three (3) lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 30 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 Days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. The City of St. Croix Falls reserves the right to reject any and all bids, without cause, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the City of St. Croix Falls.
