Audio Visual Equipment for Conference Rooms

The North Carolina Department of Justice is in the process of developing plans to upgrade ten (10) to twelve (12) Conference rooms for in-person and virtual meetings, and video conferencing. The intent is that a similar design, using the same equipment be implemented in multiple rooms. Most of the conference rooms are in the Old Education Building, located at 114 W. Edenton Street, Raleigh, NC, with two rooms located in the State Crime Lab, located at 121 E. Tryon Road, Raleigh, NC, and one room located in the CJ Training and Standards building, located at 1700 Tryon Park Drive, Raleigh NC. The sizes of the conference rooms in the Old Education Building are: larger Rooms: Length 64’ 3” x Width 24’ 10” (One Room). Length 40’ 1” x Width 24’ 2” (One Room). Smaller Rooms: Length 27’ 9” x Width 16’ 6” (Remaining Rooms). Training and Standards Conference Room: Length 27 ‘ x Width 17.5’.
