| Description | The Town of Orange requests proposals from qualified contractors to replace the existing pneumatic HVAC controls and valves with electric controls and valves, including related plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work at the High Plains Community Center located at 525 Orange Center Road. Questions All questions shall be submitted by email to the Director of Public Works at bbrinton@orange-ct.gov. All questions will be answered by email or by bid addenda. Contractors must provide contact information to the town by emailing snapoli@orangect.gov and bbrinton@orange-ct.gov, to ensure that they receive RFP addenda and other notifications. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked HPCC - REPLACE PNEUMATIC HVAC CONTROLS & RELATED HVAC IMPROVEMENTS received in the Public Works office by the time of the proposal opening specified above. |
