ATHENS UTILITIES BOARD ATHENS, TENNESSEE Athens Utilities Board Power Division is requesting bids for: Underground Electric and Fiber Optic Components Installation The work includes: Installation of conduits, cables, underground electric and fiber optic utility components, yard damage repairs for Overhead and Underground Electric and Fiber Optic crews.
