| Description | Scope of Work: 1. Remove existing roof, down to and including the metal decking. 2. Mechanically fasten 2 layers of 2” ISO insulation to the metal decking and fully adhere to a 60 ml Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) white with bonding adhesive over the insulation. 3. Install crickets on parapet wall to properly flow water to drains. 4. Replace all pipe flashings as needed and install new metal coping around perimeter of building. 5. Heat weld all joint and laps and install all the necessary T-joint and corner to parapet walls and curbs. 6. Clean and haul away all debris resulting from the job. |
