Description Labor and equipment necessary to install, relocate, and rehab water lines and the appurtenances thereto at the request and under the direction of the Authority. Labor and equipment necessary to install, relocate, and/or rehab water lines 2" to 24" in diameter, fire hydrants, appurtenances thereto, and the repair of driveways and roads across which water lines are constructed according to the specifications of the Authority on an "as needed" basis. Bids submitted for the above stated services shall be for a period commencing January 1, 2019 and terminating December 31, 2019.
