Description

Construction Management Division (CMD) seeks three professional architectural firms licensed pursuant to Chapter 481, Florida Statutes to provide comprehensive professional services on a continuing term basis for remodeling, renovation, new construction and other miscellaneous professional services for vertical construction projects. Pursuant to Chapter 287.055 Florida Statutes, Broward County intends to select consultants to provide continuing term architectural services for projects in which the estimated construction cost of each individual project does not exceed the continuing contract threshold per Section 287.055(2)(g), Florida Statutes, as amended. Currently, this threshold is $4 million.
