Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals to provide a Preventive Maintenance and Service Plan for all HVAC and Control System and Components on a Quarterly Basis during Operating Season, and Annual Preventative Maintenance Service. Contractor shall be factory trained on Trane HVAC.
