As of October 14, 2020, public comments are being requested for this project and a task force has been created to address the community concerns raised. A final report will be submitted to the governor and the Legislature by November 15th. There is no timeline for when this project may begin construction, but is required to start by December 31, 2022. Fee Proposal: This contract has a compressed procurement and negotiation schedule due to the need to meet production schedules.
