RFP Construction Manager at Risk - Decatur High School HVAC CM Retrofit Services

The RFP has been cancelled The City Schools of Decatur ("CSD") is embarking on its Capital Improvement Program. As part of this Program, it is anticipated that HVAC Retrofits will be necessary. Specifically, this RFP focuses on efforts associated with upgrading the Decatur High School Main Building's HVAC Systems. It is the desire of CSD to engage the services of HVAC CM Firm(s) or Team(s) to begin implementing these CM HVAC Retrofit services. It is the desire of CSD to work with the selected Firm to develop a specific Engineered plan of action to achieve the necessary improvements while minimizing the impact on the operating Decatur High School Campus. Therefore, CSD is seeking Firm(s) or Team(s) based on their qualifications and proposals. Any inquiries regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than Tuesday, March 14, 2023, 12:00 P.M.
