| Description | The proposed project involves evaluating paved township roads as prescribed by the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Pavement Condition Rating System. The selected consultant must provide the PCR information in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (.xls format) with a sheet tab for each township containing an inventory and evaluation of each of the road segments along with a cost based projection of the recommended improvements. Specifically, this work shall include a GIS based analysis of pavement distress types, severity and extent by designated project increments for 100% of the roadway surface for a minimum of one lane for each of the 925 miles of designated roadway. |
