The project includes providing materials, labor, and equipment for the Sidewalks Along Jackson Avenue, Limestone Street, and Montgomery Street; Project TAPOA- TA22(907). The project includes concrete sidewalks, concrete driveways, minor drainage improvements, and traffic control markings and legends. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the office of the Owner listed above. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
