Description | Sealed bids, plainly marked BID FOR Patton Boulevard & Loring Drive Signal Project 2023, All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Grant County. The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The award of this contract, if made, will be to the lowest responsible bidder. The improvement for which bids will be received follows: Patton Boulevard & Loring Drive Signal Project 2023 This contract provides for removing the existing traffic signal cabinet and signal controller at Patton Boulevard and Loring Drive in rural Grant County Washington, and install a replacement McCain 350i ATC traffic signal cabinet, controller, and battery backup system. The Contractor shall install the County provided LED count down pedestrian modules, new pedestrian push buttons, 12 LED red, yellow, & green balls, and Wavetronix Smart Sensor Digital Wave Radar traffic detection system. The work shall Include all traffic contract labor equipment, tools and materials required to install the replacement cabinet and controller to coordinate the work with the Grant County PUD if necessary and the McCain Cabinet supplier, troubleshoot and replace any shorted wires, to complete all rewiring, and to obtain electrical permits. |
