RFP D/B - Capital Lake Upgrades - Dredge Capital Lake

The Office of the State Engineer on behalf of the South Dakota Bureau of Administration and the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources is soliciting Design-Build Proposals - Capital Lake Upgrades, Dredge Capital Lake, Pierre, South Dakota Proposals will be received for the dredging of the Capital Lake and disposing of all material. Be aware any public improvement must be designed by a licensed Architect/Engineer, licensed in South Dakota, per SDCL 5-18B-45. Campus Contact is Brent Gill, 605-280-4718 or brent.gill@state.sd.us. Each Price Proposal in excess of $100,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all add alternates and drawn on a State or National Bank or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the Bureau of Administration of the State of South Dakota. The DANR/BOA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. Qualitative, Management, and Price Proposals shall be sealed in separate envelopes. Please include 3 copies of the Quantitative and Management Proposals for the Technical Review Committee.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
