Description

The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified contractors for the Demolition of Former Senior Living Home located at 190 W. Oak St., Lawrenceville, GA 30046. All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All the building structures including floor slabs, power poles, asphalt/concrete having, concrete footpaths, driveways, footings, septic tanks, basement/crawlspace walls, retaining walls, debris, junk and trash removal, trees, tree roots & shrubs and if necessary, fencing if any excluding the property fencing as instructed by the Project Engineer. Questions regarding bids should be directed to Steve Murray, Purchasing Director at steve.murray@lawrencevillega.org or by calling 678-407-6420, no later than 3:00 P.M. on December 1, 2022. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. Successful contractor will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department, and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-5 or higher. The quote documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties. Award will be made to the supplier submitting the lowest responsive and responsible quote. The City of Lawrenceville reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest.
