| Description | Furnish and install a snow retention system on the existing standing seam metal panel roof of the District Operations Center and Maintenance Building at the locations indicated on the attached figure. System shall be complete, in place, including all labor materials and equipment consisting of S-5! ColorGard, clamps and clips manufactured by Garland, per attached cut sheets, or approved equal. The system shall be color matched to the existing roof and be installed without penetrating the roofing system. Contractor shall verify loading and field verify location, length and installation required and prepare a sketch along with proposed color for review and approval by District prior to fabrication and delivery. Compensation for this work will be paid per foot of installed snow dam. |
