Removal of the Existing Double 10'x4' Box Culvert

City/County: Sangamon Project Location: W. Logan Co Line Rd (TR 1) over Unnamed Tributary to Fancy Creek, Approx. 2 miles NW of Williamsville, IL Work will include the removal of the existing double 10'x4' box culvert (sn 084-5015) and replacement with a cast-in-place triple 10'x4' box culvert, 35'-0" in length (sn 084-5415), rip rap placement and regarding of ditches. Project includes railing, seal coat, and Other incidental roadway items. Project length is 195 feet. Some quantities included in the contract are: earth excavation 60 Cu yd; channel excavation 401 cu yd; aggregate base course, type a 211 ton; concrete box culverts 107.4 cu yd; reinforcement bars, epoxy coated 18,090 pound; steel railing, type s1 61 foot; stone Riprap, class a4 (special) 90.5 ton Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation.
