FY21 HVAC Heating and Chiller Repair Services

HUB Goal is 26%. Provide HVAC Heating and Chiller repair services, including parts, needed at the Austin State Supported Living Center located at 4111 N Lamar Austin, TX 78756. The contract term is for 3 years with an initial year from 9/1/20 - 8/31/21 and two one-year renewals. Provide preventative maintenance and general system diagnostic services on approximately 1000 Carrier and Trane HVAC systems (cooling and heating equipment and related systems) on AuSSLC campus. Services include but may not be limited to, as-needed repairs and quarterly general preventative maintenance for all HVAC related equipment; including cooling towers, pumps, drives, chillers, individual air conditioning units, duct work, related plumbing, boilers, HVAC system monitoring equipment, HVAC power support equipment, and steam piping distribution systems throughout the buildings and grounds of the Austin State Supported Living Center.
