| Description | VA Loma Linda Health Care System located at 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 902357 is seeking a contractor to perform the Boiler annuals – semi-annuals inspections & safety testing for the following (3) Boilers Cleaver Brooks Cable 400-horse power located in boiler plant (2) Cleaver Brooks Clear Fire Condensing boiler 700 located at Cancer Center (1) Cleaver Brooks Clear Fire-700 Condensing Boiler located at Valor Building.(1) Cleaver Brooks Clear Fire -750 Condensing Boiler located at CLC#2. The inspection, calibration, and testing will occur be performed on an annual and semi-annual basis. Contractor shall perform all testing in accordance with the VHA Boiler Safety Device Testing Manual (Fifth Edition), VHA Directive 1810, and all other applicable laws / regulations. The Contractor must be a authorized Cleaver Brooks Service Provider and Distributor. |
