Reroof General Services Building

1. Remove existing roof system down to existing lightweight concrete deck. Haul away all materials to a legal dump site. 2. Remove existing counter flashing from back side of parapet wall. 3. Demo all eyelets on parapet wall. 4. Demo and infill all abandoned equipment and curbs. 5. Inspect existing lightweight concrete deck and make repairs, as necessary, at an additional price per hourly rates and material markup as included. 6. Install a fiberglass base sheet, mechanically attached. 7. Install new ½” slope crickets between scupper to provide positive drainage. 8. Install a smooth surface modified bitumen interply (torch or mop). 9. Install a granular surface fiberglass reinforcing (FR) or equivalent cap sheet (torch or mop). 10. Broadcast granules on all bleed out areas, while bleed out is still hot. 11. Install new fiber cant strip and granular surface modified bitumen base flashing, at all curbs and parapet walls (up and over parapet walls). 12. Install new 24-gauge stainless steel scuppers, with face plates. 13. Rework and reinstall existing collector boxes and downspouts. 14. Install new 4 lb lead pipe flashings. 15. Install a new 2x8 PT nailer to the top of existing parapet wall. 16. Install new .040 Kynar finish aluminum coping. 17. Furnish all permits, licenses and insurance to meet City of Plant City requirements. 18. Furnish a 20-year manufacturer’s NDL (no dollar limit) labor and material warranty. 19. Furnish a 5-year workmanship warranty.
