Reference the IFB number as shown above. Receive bid notices by email by registering with BidSync for FREE. Vendors/Contractors may submit responses to IFBs & RFQs electronically or by paper copy. BidSync charges a fee to bid electronically. It takes about two weeks to get a digital signature. Allow additional time to set up the digital signature in BidSync.
