Description | This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide services to replace the existing emergency power Uninterrupted Power Source/Inverter for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Custody to Community Transitional Reentry Program (CCTRP) located at 11121 Bloomfield Ave. Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, insurance, bonds, licenses, travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment (including rental), training of key institution personnel and every other item of expense necessary to provide the services. Emergency UPS/Inverter lot to include, but not limited to: A. 8kVA UL924 ELIS Inverter, 90 Minute Runtime at full load. 208V Input and 120V Output. Standard UPS Static Bypass. NEMA 1 (standard Enclosure). B. All necessary conduit and wire to extend necessary circuits from existing electrical boxes to new UPS/Inverter. C. Electrical Engineered Design and Drawings. Labor provided by the Contractor shall include: A. Removal and disposal of existing UPS/ Inverter equipment. B. Removal and disposal of old batteries in accordance with applicable state laws. C. Delivery and installation of new UPS/Inverter, batteries and associated equipment. D. Electrical hook-up of UPS/Inverter by State of California Certified Electrician. E. Must include Electrical Engineered Design and Drawings. F. Must include State Fire Marshal permits. Commissioning, Initial Start-Up Demonstration and Testing of UPS/Inverter On-Site by Certified Technician. It is the opinion of the State that this IFB is complete and without need of explanation.
