Description	All of the bulkheads, tie back systems, outlet structures and check valves at Gardner’s Basin shall be inspected and a repair/replacement plan shall be developed for the section of existing bulkhead which is in disrepair. The existing bulkhead shall be stabilized. All work shall occur on City owned property. The plan shall include the future dredging of Gardner’s Basin Marina to a proposed depth of six (6) feet below mean low water or greater if permittable. Dredge material shall be disposed of at a site determined and permitted by the contractor.
