Description

To cut, trim, and remove kudzu and clear lots of underbrush. Clearing of small trees near Caulder Avenue will be required. The entire site at 371 Saint Andrews Street and right of way in the rear will be cleared of kudzu and underbrush. Fence-line on City property across Caulder Avenue will be cleared with a 20-foot buffer. Use a finish style multi blade bush hog and gas trimmers, and mowers etc. to keep all lots cleared and clean on the list of properties. Manual labor may be required to clear the lots on steep slopes.
