HVAC Replacements

Bid Package A ($150,000.00): Library and MP Room HVAC Replacement, Northwestern Elementary School Scope of Work includes the removal of existing heating only HVAC units, ductwork, etc. and replacement with new heating and cooling HVAC units, ductwork, etc. Electrical connection and fire alarm work are commensurate with the work. The project also includes roofing work, ceiling work and structural steel reinforcement work. Bid Package B ($200,000.00): Gymnasium HVAC Replacement, Northwestern High School Scope of Work includes the removal of existing heating only HVAC units, ductwork, etc. and replacement with new heating and cooling HVAC units, ductwork, etc. Electrical connection and fire alarm work are commensurate with the work. The project also includes roofing replacement and structural steel reinforcement work. Bid Package C: Bid Package A and Bid Package B Combination Bid Contractor will be responsible for ordering equipment and all materials immediately after contract execution and shop drawing approvals, regardless of the first day available for construction. Contractor will be responsible for storing and insuring equipment and materials until the first day available for construction.
