| Description | Tahoe Center desires to install a gutter and downspout with heat tracing cable, filter box, and diverter. Contractor to install a new 22-gauge galvanized steel 4¿ box-style gutter, including all materials and types of fasteners, brackets, expansion joints, other gutter accessories, solder, welding rods, protective coatings, separators, sealants, and other miscellaneous items as required to complete the gutter installation. Install fabricated rectangular downspouts complete with mitered elbows. Furnish with metal hangers from same material as downspouts and anchors. |
