Full-Depth Reconstruction Paving Project - 2022 Transportation

The project will include the installation of proposed paving infrastructure and appurtenances including all necessary mobilization, saw-cutting, pavement removal, milling, excavation, backfill, compaction, form work, pavement placement, inlay and joint sealing. This includes but is not limited to placement of erosion control measures, traffic control, stabilization, utility cover adjustments, coordination with City of Midland staff and organizations such as TxDOT, OSHA, franchise utilities, etc. as needed, One Call (Texas 811) notifications for pending work, notifications to adjacent property owners as directed by City of Midland staff, and all other work to be performed as outlined in the Construction Drawings and Specifications, to satisfactorily complete the work. The Additive Alternate will include the installation of proposed paving infrastructure, drainage infrastructure and appurtenances including all necessary mobilization, material storage, saw-cutting, pavement removal, milling, excavation, backfill, compaction, form work, pavement placement, inlay and joint sealing. This includes but is not limited to placement of erosion control measures, traffic control, stabilization, utility cover adjustments, coordination with City of Midland staff and organizations such as TxDOT, OSHA, franchise utilities, etc. as needed, One Call (Texas 811) notifications for pending work, notifications to adjacent property owners as directed by City of Midland staff, and all other work to be performed as outlined in the Construction Drawings and Specifications, to satisfactorily complete the work. The deadline to ask questions was Friday, January 20, 2023 at 12 PM. There will be no extension to ask more questions.
