Construction of Clermont A.R.C. Storage Building

Add a 1,600 SF storage building located on the property of the existing Arts and Recreation Center (ARC). The building will be a pre-engineered steel structure, single-story, new construction. The building will include two (2) roll-up doors, and a single man-door for entry access. Electrical service will be fed from the existing ARC building through a new 100A panel. The building will be conditioned by two (2) air handler units for conditioning of the stored contents. It is expected that the building will provide additional storage for tables, chairs, and other miscellaneous items that are continually utilized in the ARC building.
