2023 Removal and Replacement of Bituminous Activated Carbon Services

City of Amesbury through its Department of Public Works is seeking sealed bids for the 2023 Removal & Replacement of Bituminous Activated Carbon Services for the period of April 19, 2023 through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for two additional years at the City's discretion. he project is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2023. Attention is being called to bidders that this bid is being issued in accordance with Mass. Gen. Laws, Chapter 30B. PREVAILING WAGES DO NOT APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. Bid specification questions shall be sent in the above email address. Questions will not be received after noon on Friday April 14, 2023 at 12:00 pm (Noon). Bids are to be submitted in a SEALED envelope. Bidders shall submit Bid Form, Bid Certification, Conflict of Interest Statement, and Bid Qualification Data.
