| Description | The intent and purpose of this bid is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor to provide Boiler/Burner Cleaning and Preventative Maintenance services for the South Brunswick Board of Education. The Board also requires service on an "as needed", on call and time and materials contract. The contractor will provide summer maintenance to all district boilers listed in the specifications. Summer maintenance is to include all labor and material for specified work indicated for seasonal maintenance of boilers, furnaces and burners. Location of Boilers: High School, Crossroads South, Indian Fields, Brooks Crossing, Brunswick Acres, Cambridge, Monmouth Junction, Deans, Dayton, and the Administration Building. |
