University of West Georgia Strozier Parking Lot

The project consists of Demolition of existing asphalt parking spaces and curbs to include approximately (154) linear feet of pavement saw-cutting and removal of approximately (2,709) square yards of pavement. Earthwork to include approximately (1,571) cubic yards of onsite cut for grading onsite with (1) cubic yards of excess material for offsite disposal. Site paving to include approximately (3,105) square yards of full depth asphalt paving, (222) square yards of concrete sidewalk, and (1,300) linear feet of 24" concrete curb and gutter in addition to striping. Construction of storm drain to include approximately (570) linear feet of storm drainage pipe, (3) storm sewer structures, (1) water quality structure and (1) pond outlet control structure. Installation of erosion control measures to include approximately (1) construction exit, (1) sediment traps, (860) linear feet of silt fence, (5,946) square yards of dust control, (5,946) square yards of temporary mulching, (830) square yards of slope stabilization matting, and (1,840) square yards of temporary and permanent grassing. Installation of landscaping items to include approximately (13) trees. Installation of parking lot lights (approximately 11 lights) including electrical infrastructure per the electrical plan and UWG standards.
