Description

Remove existing natural gas HVAC systems and water heaters and replace with new electric equipment. Replace existing electrical service feeders and meter centers with new per Ameren utility guidelines for service upgrades. Work shall include all equipment, wiring, plumbing, rims and accessories as necessary to provide complete and code compliant systems. Repair or replace all materials and finishes disturbed as a result of construction.
