Vilano Boat Ramp Parking Lot Improvements

The scope of work shall include providing all labor, materials, equipment, and any other items necessary to construct the improvements to the existing Vilano Boat Ramp Parking Lot, as shown on the bid drawings. Work in base bid and bid alternates shall include demolition, grading, milling/overlay, seal coat/overlay, striping, signage, concrete sidewalks, concrete ADA parking, landscape, irrigation, split-rail fencing, and any other work shown on the plans, except construction of the restroom building and demolition of the existing bait shack. The restroom building, building pad, and associated wood ramp are excluded from this bid. However the water and sewer laterals shall be provided and capped for future use. The existing bait shop and its associated sidewalk are not to be demolished, but shall remain. Parking spaces, other than ADA, shall not be resurfaced. New ADA parking shall be concrete, as shown. The picnic tables shall be provided/installed by others. The base bid shall exclude the parking bumpers, split-rail fencing, and landscape/ irrigation.
