Revise Domestic Water System - SRH

There is a 30 percent BEP goal The hot and cold water gravity feed tanks in the penthouse will be removed in entirety, and the domestic hot water heaters and system booster pumps in the basement will be replaced with new equipment. There are three clusters of dorm-style showers on each typical floor (4-8). This project will demolish the shower liners, domestic water connections, sanitary and vent services, and mechanical exhaust back to the riser mains and physically enclose the space. Additionally, there are some ancillary considerations, including terminating unused laundry room plumbing and mechanical services, and University-performed enabling work prior to construction.
