Regal Westview Movies 16

The project is an existing 16 Plex Theatre with 2,228 seats on raised platforms, a projection mezzanine and standard concessions in the lobby. All 16 auditoriums will be renovated with new seats and finishes. 3 auditoriums will get new seating platform structures. The other thirteen will get new platforms built on top of the existing structure. A new VIP Lounge with a bar, buffet and kitchen will be added under the recliner seat structures. The lobby will get new concession counters & equipment, new ticket kiosks, a coffee bar, an alcohol bar and workroom. The existing corridors and toilets will get new fixtures and finishes. The projection mezzanine will be reworked to allow the public access to select portions. The existing theater must remain in business during the renovations.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
