The La Villita - Maverick Plaza - 3 Restaurant -19- 00026 Project

The La Villita Project will reshape and prepare the area for future three restaurants and other park improvements. To include planning trees, large water fountain feature, outside demonstration kitchen and public restrooms. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to renovate the Maverick Plaza at La Villita as indicated to include selective demolition and paving improvements, new demonstration kitchen/restroom building, event kiosk construction, utilities and entry portal as well as planter wall construction and modification, new fountain, specialty fence and lighting enhancements.
