Grand Lakes Recreation Pool Pavilion

Apparent Low Bidders will be automatically generated and posted online for performing all work required tor the construction of the Grand Lakes Recreation Pool Pavilion project. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a perform-ance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids The project site is the existing Grand Lakes Hollow Trace Pool recreation center, located at North Lakebluff Circle and Hollow Trace Lane. The project consists of the design and construction of a new pool building, meeting house, and shade structure. The pavilion structure north of the pool is planned to be demolished as part of the construction of the new meeting house. The new buildings are planned to be single-story, slab-on-grade structures. In addition, we understand that movement of the existing pool deck slab has been observed near a small bridge crossing over a lazy river. This movement was evaluated as part of our study
