Oselka Park Pavilion Improvements Project

Project Description: Project includes but is not limited to: renovation of existing park pavilion steel structure inclusive of installation of new metal soffit panels (new pavilion structure ceiling), replacement or existing lighting and modifications to existing windows, and as otherwise defined in the Contract Documents, drawings and specifications. Regulatory Requirements: State of Michigan (MI), City of New Buffalo (MI) shall govern submittal, opening, and award of bids. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the bid amount. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
