Description

Phase 3A consists of the following: 1. Procurement and installation of chillers, pumps and related equipment required for Phase 3 (RL Anderson / Annex Bldg. Renovation). 2. Procurement and installation of chilled water piping from the new chillers to the valve entrance point for the Annex and RL Anderson buildings. 3. Procurement of a new air handler and outside air unit for the first renovation phase on the Annex building. Installation of the air handler and outside air unit will be purchased separately and is not part of this RFP. 4. Procurement and installation of a new generator, including underground conduit to connection point to the Annex and RL Anderson buildings.
