Contaminated Soil Removal 618 Chestnut St (Block 331, Lots 41, 48-50, 52, 54-65, 67, 75, 80, & 114), Camden, NJ IN GENERAL, the Work consists of the following items, complete and as specified within the Bid Specification: Soil Erosion & Sediment Control (SESC); Transportation Plan; Screening to segregate materials; Removal and disposal of soil; Removal and disposal of solid waste; Fence and gate installation; Site restoration. QUESTIONS: Inquiries regarding the project shall be sent by email no later than Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. to Alicia Flammia, Email: aflammia@brsinc.com. No oral response to any question by any Camden Redevelopment Agency employee or agent shall be binding on the Camden Redevelopment Agency or in any way considered to be a commitment by the Camden Redevelopment Agency. ADDENDA: During the proposal preparation and response period, the Camden Redevelopment Agency may issue addenda, including amendments for answers to written inquiries. Those addenda will be noticed by the Camden Redevelopment Agency and will constitute a part of the Bid Specification. All proposals will be prepared with full consideration for the addenda issued prior to the Proposal Submission Date.
