Bathhouse Renovation at Tishomingo State Park

Summary of Work: 1. Repair surface cracks in floor 2. Install ceramic tile throughout complete building 3. Paint interior walls, ceiling, and trim 4. Pressure wash exterior of building and sidewalks 5. Paint exterior walls and trim 6. Replace all waterlines in chase way with PEX pipe and valves 7. Replace all faucets, and fixtures to include flush valves, and plumbing, shower heads and mixing valves 8. Replace all toilets and urinal 9. Replace all paper towel dispensers and toilet paper dispensers 10. Install appropriate size HVAC System to handle entire building 11. Remove and replace shingles 12. Replace any vents on exterior of building 13. Replace any structural damage as needed 14. Replace all light fixtures inside and outside with LED lights 15. Replace all plug in receptacles and ground fault receptacles where required
