Environmental Consulting Services

The scope of services to be performed by the Consultant under a one (1) year contract includes but is not limited to performing: -Phase I and Phase II environmental services -Preparation and Implementation of Indiana Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) and application through the VRP and Indiana RISC programs -Design and implementation of remediation systems -Site monitoring with data organization -Assisting with implementation approaches to facilitate development of environmentally stressed properties -Project management relative to environmental sites, and -Coordination with contractors and developers under contract with the Redevelopment Commission, -Any other environmental like projects that are not listed above. Consultants familiar with the Indiana State Voluntary Remediation Program are preferred.
