Description

Perform painting services on an as needed basis to Marion County owned and leased buildings. Contractor must be qualified by Sherwin Williams and PPG painting manufacturers for proper application of their respective products to provide full warranty and product compatibility for use on each project. Protect surrounding area from overspray or damage from chemicals used. Provide barriers to keep staff and citizens away from area being cleaned or perform work outside of normal business hours as required for the completion of projects. If working at night, provide adequate lighting to perform quality cleaning and final product.
