Description

Jackson County, Missouri is seeking a Twelve (12) Month Term and Supply Contract with Two (2) Twelve Month Options to Extend for the furnishing of HVAC Services for use by Various County Departments. The Successful Contractor must service, maintain, repair, replace and inspect component and systems in accord with manufacturer's instructions for the following: • HVAC Components, Systems and Equipment • Freezers • Chilled Water-Cooling Systems • Sanitary Water Systems All questions must be received on the Bonfire Portal by 5:00pm CT on May 2, 2023. Jackson County reserves the right to split the contract award. Jackson County reserves the right to request clarifications on any bid. Jackson County reserves the right to add and/or delete locations as necessary. Intent to Bid by May 09, 2023 1:30 PM CDT.
