Description

Install an access road from the existing Localizer Equipment shelter to behind the existing Localizer Antenna Array as shown on attached drawing, outside of 50 foot wetland buffer. The access road shall be constructed with grass stabilization panels to establish a permeable surface (CORE Grass 50-35 or equal). The road will be approximately 325 feet long x 11 feet wide with a turnaround behind the array as shown on attached sketch. The road shall maintain existing topography.
