In general, the project involves the removal and replacement of existing interior lighting fixtures, controls, and wiring as noted on drawings, remove electrical services to all HVAC equipment to be removed and refeed new HVAC equipment with new services, remove and replace existing above ceiling piping and ductwork as noted in drawings, remove and replace existing HVAC rooftop equipment as noted on drawings, modify existing fire protection as noted on drawings, remove existing exterior wall unit ventilators and infill exterior wall as noted on drawings, remove and replace suspended ceiling systems as noted on drawings, remove and replace existing curb mounted skylights, and remove and replace existing Ballasted EPDM roof, insulation, roof drains, flashings, and perimeters metals, etc. with a new Fully Adhered EPDM roof system.
