Snow Plowing Service - Borough of Montvale Proposal blanks furnished by the Township Clerk, comply with all requirements attached thereto, and accompany bids with the following: Certified check or cashier's check in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid, but not more than $20,000; payable to Treasurer-Township of River Vale; or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid for one year but not more than $20,000 in form approved by the Township Attorney. A Consent of Surety in the principle sum of one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount. Bid Document Submission Checklist. Acknowledgments and Statement of Organization. Certification of Bidder's status on the State Treasurer's list of Debarred, Suspended and Disqualified Bidders. Furnish evidence of ownership of a minimum of twelve (12) trucks meeting the requirements stated in Section 2:2.4. Proposal properly completed in accordance with the form thereof. All bidders must comply with P.L. 1975, Chapter 127 entitled, "An Act Relating to Affirmative Action in relation to discrimination in connection with certain public contracts," and supplementing the "Laws Against Discrimination" approved April 16, 1945 (P.L. 1945, Chapter 169, N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.), as well as with the requirements of P.L. 1977, Chapter 33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) regarding Disclosure to Stockholders. Proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and address and the designation of the work or materials noted on the outside of the envelope. The Town Council expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accompanying documents received. The Town Council also expressly reserves the right to correct any erroneous mathematical computation in any proposals submitted, and to consider the bid on the basis of the corrected total or totals.
