Police H.V.A.C. Repair Project

Location: Police Department at 152 Park St. North Reading Ma. 01864 A. Work consists of that described in Section 00900 of these bid documents. 1. The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, Materials, equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Specifications section and includes, but is not limited to the following work: A. HVAC Renovations to the existing system to provide proper year round conditioning to the holding area in the basement. See H.V.A.C Diagram & Materials Replacement Requirements in Attachment B for Overview. B.. The Town of North Reading will waive Building Permit Fees but the Contractor is required to submit a building permit application to the Building Inspector and be issued a building permit before any work can begin. D. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. E. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
