Scale Preventative Maintenance, Repair and Replacement

The intent of this solicitation is to maximize the lifespan of the equipment by providing annual preventative maintenance services as an all-inclusive lump sum price per scale, as well as establish fixed hourly rates for normal and urgent repairs and replacements requests on an as-needed basis. Bidders shall provide required preventative maintenance, repairs and replacement services for the County owned scales at various locations within Collier County. The scales serve varying purposes and have operating manuals with specific maintenance requirements. The intent of this solicitation is to maximize the lifespan of the equipment by providing annual preventative maintenance services as an all-inclusive lump sum price per scale, as well as establish fixed hourly rates for normal and urgent repairs and replacements requests on an as-needed basis. Preventative maintenance (PM) will be conducted on all scales in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and industry standards.
